Macross Zero ep. 4-5 (Final episodes)

Heres one of the same sets of pictures from the previous entry, becuase Mao is so ghewd and once again, i cant rip the pics myself so im stuck with the ones i had already gotten.

Anyway, im not gonna really go into it at all, but this was a really good OVA. It was annoying that the ending was all ZOMEGS SARA! I didnt like Sara at all, atleast Aries and Mao are cool people, Sara is just ugly and annoying. Anyway, teh ending was kind of cheesy with Shin flying with the flying fish with all his shit broken and then flying off to wherever the hell. The only problem i had with this show was the low volume everything had, like talking and music and stuff was fine, but explosions and shooting were pretty damn quiet. Hell even the hydrogen bombs and nukes didnt sound as loud as a grenade going off, so really, they could have beefed those up a bit. The dogfighting was cool in the last two episodes seeing as how Shin and Fokker (lol) werent at a huge disadvantage this time….although they only got lucky that the big ugly thing killed both their adversaries, im pretty sure Shin and Roy would have lost otherwise. The entirety of the Mao scenes were almost all her screaming in pain or freaking out, but there were a few happy ones near the very end of her.

But yeah, it was really good and definately worth watching. Although i think Shin should have hooked up with Mao instead, she’s a lot better then dirty Sara. And for some reason, they dont really explain waht happens to Aries and Roy. They show that Aries is all bloody and coughs it up and then dies, and Roy is fine, and stranded on an island. And thats the last you see of them.
